Job Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of program strategies and plans. They will also coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to facilitate communication and decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of project reports and presentations to ensure clear and concise communication of project status and outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise, ensuring proactive problem-solving and risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 4-9 years of experience in project coordination or program development.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They should also have proficiency in project management software and experience in project coordination or program development.
