Job Description

We're seeking an experienced AI Applications Developer to join our elite team. In this role, you'll be responsible for translating raw model capabilities into user-friendly features. Your primary focus will be on Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, agentic clients, and architecting robust pipelines.

  • Design and develop MCP servers that handle user intent parsing, tool orchestration, and structured response generation
  • Build efficient RAG pipelines with chunk decay, latency budgeting, and cost-aware vector search
  • Automate evaluation pipelines to test LLM outputs for relevance, accuracy, and coherence
  • Collaborate with DevOps to deploy infrastructure using CDK or Terraform

You'll work closely with our team to refine prompts, embeddings, and model behavior based on user feedback and regression tests.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-8 years of full-stack or backend development experience, with at least 1 year building AI-powered or LLM-based applications
  • A strong Python and TypeScript skillset
  • Experience with AWS or GCP stacks, including Lambda, Bedrock, DynamoDB, OpenSearch Vector Search, or Cloud Functions, Vertex AI, Firestore, BigQuery, Vector Search
  • Familiarity with LangChain, Bedrock SDK, and vector database schema design
  • Understanding of prompt design, embeddings, and agentic workflows
  • CI/CD fluency and experience with LLM evaluation tools like Promptfoo, LangSmith, or Guardrails
