As a SAP BTP consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients. This role involves working independently as a BTP Developer, assigned to project implementation with complex project delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT development teams, and business users at the consulting level to deliver results.
  • Design, configure, develop, and customize using SAP BTP while striving for top quality and continuously seeking ways to standardize, improve, and enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality, set target delivery dates, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation.
  • Manage complex developments by yourself or guide developers to achieve delivery.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to other team members.
  • Recognize impacts of changes and perform due diligence before making changes, ensuring thorough testing solutions before implementing to avoid reworks.
  • Ensure technical design solutions prior to project implementation or change requests.
  • Minimize rework after deployment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of SAP BTP working experience, with at least 3-4 years in a consulting environment.
  • Technical developers with experience in BPA, CAPM, Fiori, UI5, and HANA/S4HANA are highly preferred.
  • Advantageous to have Cloud Application Program Model (CAPM) experience.
  • Strong experience in HANA and/or S4HANA developments is required.
  • Experience working with SAP development tools and technologies is essential.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience working in a technical team for project delivery is necessary.
  • Experience in SAP project implementation in S4 HANA is required.
  • Providing information/advice to the team regarding best practices, industry trends, and feedback on overall process and tool performance is necessary.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools and evangelizing their value within development teams is essential.
