The Warranty Claim Processor is responsible for managing and processing all incoming warranty claims from customers. This includes verifying customer eligibility, reviewing vehicle service history, and ensuring proper documentation of repair orders, labor codes, and part numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process warranty claims in a timely manner
• Verify customer eligibility and review vehicle service history
• Ensure proper documentation of repair orders, labor codes, and part numbers
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer or third-party providers
• Act as the primary point of contact for service advisors and technicians
• Manage and resolve complex or escalated customer warranty issues and complaints
Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, service advisors, and technicians
• Attention to Detail: Ability to review and verify documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
