Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate - Accounts Payable. This exciting opportunity is for someone who is passionate about finance and has a keen eye for accuracy.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bank payments, AP invoice booking, coordinating with multiple teams internally, participating in statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Bank Payments: Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to vendors and suppliers.
  • AP Invoice Booking: Coordinate with internal teams to book invoices and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Multiple Teams: Work closely with various LOBs/program owners to resolve AP and Taxes-related activities.
  • Participate in Audits: Timely participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits.
  • Monthly Book Closing: Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc.
  • Employee Reimbursement: Responsible for employee reimbursement.
  • Foreign Vendor Payment: Responsible for foreign vendor payment.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Mandatory: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years post-qualification experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.
  • Experience in Start-ups: Experience working in start-ups that have achieved scale is a plus.
  • Technology-enabled space: Working in technology-enabled space is a plus.
  • Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams.
  • MS Office skills: Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • ERP Environment: Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) will be an added plus.
