Product Manager Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to own and drive product development from concept to launch. You will work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and build products that meet their needs
  • Use analytics and data-driven decision-making to inform product decisions
  • Identify friction points and ensure products are intuitive, fast, and delightful to use

Key Requirements

  • Experience in product management at a SaaS or B2B company
  • A strong technical understanding (ability to hold own in engineering discussions)
  • A knack for simplifying complex workflows and designing intuitive user experiences
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Experience with analytics tools, user research, and data-driven decision-making

Bonus Points

  • Experience in real-estate tech, fintech, or related industries
  • Familiarity with agile development, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping
  • Previous experience launching products from zero to one
