Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination and Management
    • Support the global MEL team in implementing the organization's global Farm Programme guidelines and reporting.
    • Work closely with Implementing Partners and Third-Party Verifiers to ensure the successful implementation of the Farm Programme.
    • Coordinate annual TPV alignment meetings, project review meetings in India, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Data Management and Impact Reporting
    • Ensure timely flow of data from participating projects and quality check and verify the data received with support from the organisation's Data Analyst.
    • Support the analysis of agronomic and economic data to ensure accurate referencing to regional contexts.
    • Share the results of data impact reports with project partners to facilitate learning and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Third Party Verifiers, OCAs third-party agencies, and relevant organisations to meet Programme deliverables.
    • Be the first point of contact and decision maker for third-party verifiers for each project.
    • Understand, improve, and communicate relevant guidelines and SOPs and serve as a response problem-solver for TPVs.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of MEL frameworks and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
