We are seeking an experienced Purchase Head who can lead our procurement team and implement efficient supply chain strategies to source raw materials and manage vendors.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to negotiate effectively, and have a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Sourcing Strategies: Developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with our business goals;
  • Supply Chain Management: Sourcing and procuring raw materials and bought out goods from domestic and international suppliers;
  • Vendor Management: Leading long-term agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and continuity of supply;
  • Supplier Qualification: Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying potential suppliers (domestic and international);
  • Supplier Performance: Driving supplier performance on quality.
