Senior Technical Engineer Role Summary

  • Job Description: As a Senior Technical Engineer at our organization, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and work on exciting projects in the banking and financial services industry.
  • Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying fit-for-purpose software solutions, including CSMs on BASE 24 EPS. This includes configuring the BASE24 EPS modules as per requirements, preparing migration scripts, and customising interfaces.
  • Technical Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Switch systems, with hands-on experience on Base24 eps. They should also have demonstratable experience in configuration, scripting, use of SDK, as well as experience/understanding on Australian and scheme compliance requirements.
  • Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for someone with strong analytical/problem-solving, debugging, testing skills, including use of Test Simulators. Experience with interfacing with card schemes and card scheme formats, integrating Base24 with other bank systems, and programming on C++, Java is required.
  • Personal Qualities: A Strong time management skills, written and verbal communication, an open mindset, and proven ability to innovate and influence are necessary for this role.
