We are seeking a full-time leader to oversee our India technology and data science operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of software engineering staff, data scientists, and other technical staff involved in the development of clinically relevant, AI-enabled health analytics solutions.
  • Manage the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with an end-user clinical perspective.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for health risk and clinical summarization analytics.
  • Build out our suite of internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets and EHR data.
  • Demonstrate operational efficiency by implementing project management tools and processes that contribute to optimal team performance and results.
  • Encourage innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
  • Extensive leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English.

Required Skills:

  • Strong executive presence and ability to interface effectively with leadership.
  • Degree in computer science or another engineering field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset, experience with security certifications.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data.
