Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our fellowship and campus-led initiatives. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where your work will have a direct impact on thousands of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage college outreach and student selection processes
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student bodies
  • Conduct student capability workshops and organization presentations
  • Handle interactions with college POCs, internal teams, and students
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a top engineering, commerce, science, or arts college
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience as a Program Manager, Campus Relations Lead, Community Lead, Operations Manager, or similar
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end programs, including recruitment, operations, and stakeholder management
  • Experience in college outreach, CSR, social impact, relationship management preferred
