Video Production Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Video Producer to lead our video production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Vision and Direction
  • Develop innovative video concepts that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
  • Lead on-set activities to ensure high-quality footage and adherence to the creative vision.
  • Cinematography Expertise
  • Apply advanced cinematography techniques to capture engaging and visually stunning footage.
  • Collaborate with the cinematography team to set up and optimize camera equipment, lighting, and sound for each shoot.
  • Evaluate technical aspects of filming to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Team Management and Collaboration
  • Lead a team of motion graphics designers, editors, and cinematographers to produce high-quality video content.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and oversee project workflows to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Mentor team members to foster their professional growth and ensure high-quality output.
  • Communication and Quality Assurance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure video content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Evaluate final video edits to ensure they meet creative and technical standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direction, content, cinematography, and team management. You will lead a team to create compelling and high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Video Producer, Director, or similar role in video production.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in direction, cinematography, video production, or editing is essential.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are required.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual storytelling abilities are crucial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is essential.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in video production is beneficial.
