We are seeking a seasoned Application Manager to oversee the lifecycle of corporate applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and support for IFRS programs.
This role demands excellent vendor management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal)
- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury
- Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native application
- Experience towards Cloud Platform – AZURE & AWS
Regulatory Support:
Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
Project Management:
Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.
Incident Management:
Lead resolution of application-related incidents.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide regular updates to leadership on application health, risks, and roadmap.
Mitigating VA / PT observation from Info-Security Team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
