Key Analytics Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions that align with our vision.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Professional certifications in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
  • Strong understanding of data visualisation principles and techniques.
