About Graphic Design Role
This is a pivotal position where you will shape the brand's visual identity and engagement. Your creative assets will make a lasting impact on our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative social media creatives for various verticals.
- Develop captivating visuals for digital ad campaigns.
- Create offline marketing materials such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps.
- Contribute to seasonal campaign concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with content and video teams to create storytelling-driven visual assets.
- Design internal communications, posters, newsletters, wallpapers, org charts, and culture-promoting assets.
- Work closely with HR and department heads to communicate policies, updates, and initiatives.
- Assist in designing presentations and pitch decks for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Good understanding of digital and print formats.
- Awareness of Generative AI tools and workflows is an advantage.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple brand guidelines.
- A portfolio showcasing versatility, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
- Interest in the automotive sector or retail marketing is a plus.
- Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow professionally.
