Job Title: Department Head in Applied Science

We are seeking a highly qualified academic professional to lead our Applied Science department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in teaching, research, and departmental administration.

  5. Oversee departmental budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
  6. Organize academic events like seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
  7. Participate in strategic planning and serve on key college committees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Applied Science (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics).
  • Proven academic leadership and administrative experience.
  • Strong background in Applied Science with a research and publication track record.
  • Demonstrated success in curriculum design and implementation.
  • Experience in securing research grants and external funding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia.
