About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer with experience in Solana blockchain development to lead technical decision-making, mentor junior engineers and work closely with product teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.

  • Design, develop and maintain high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems
  • Write efficient, maintainable and testable code following best practices
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects
  • Document technical designs, APIs and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proficient in Rust language (must have good development experience in Rust and its ecosystem)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain
  • Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust
  • Hands-on experience building fullstack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps
  • Proficiency in writing, testing and deploying Solana smart contracts
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.)
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books and liquidity management
  • R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • B.Tech/M.Tech, CS/IT or related field
  • 2+yrs of relevant exp. with Solana blockchain
  • Excellent Communication skills
