Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) leader to drive our testing efforts and scale our product further. As a Senior QA Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the QA team, defining quality standards, and implementing test automation strategies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality into every stage of development. Your expertise in automation tools, programming skills, and experience testing various platforms will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the QA team to define quality standards and best practices
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
Requirements
  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
