About the Role

As the Marketing Lead at Oriserve, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth and revenue through innovative marketing strategies. You will lead our Growth and Marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that enhance our brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and lead nurture programs in a B2B market.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to develop a go-to-market plan that maps our sales strategy with supporting marketing tactics.
  • Taking a strategic approach and driving implementation of the marketing plan, working closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales development teams.
  • Creating processes, SOPs, and setting KPIs to ensure effective execution of the GTM and marketing activities.
  • Generating new leads and pipeline through inbound marketing tactics, including email, events, performance marketing, SEO, partner marketing, content syndication, third-party programs, etc.
  • Orchestrating the creation of content and identifying opportunities to leverage existing content and campaigns.
  • Creating personalized, high-value customer experiences in programs that focus on understanding customers' needs across their buyers' journey.
  • Testing and optimizing existing programs to improve conversion rates, while experimenting with new creative concepts.
  • Implementing and managing multichannel ABM marketing campaigns that span customer touch points and engage our audiences, inline with Sales teams' objectives.
  • Identifying new tactics, industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and opportunities to foster engagement and business growth.
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness and analyzing and reporting to leadership the ROI of marketing programs on a regular basis.
  • Planning and managing the PR activities of ORI to create a compelling narrative around the brand.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and using insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to build and grow our online communities and forums across various social media platforms.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in marketing, preferably in B2B, and experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and lead nurture programs. You should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a passion for building and nurturing online communities, and strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

You should also have strong familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to connect with a varied audience. You should be proactive, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and enjoy working in an open, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
