Seeking Experienced Kashmiri Transcribers

We are seeking highly skilled native Kashmiri speakers who possess expertise in reading and typing in the Perso‑Arabic Nastaliq script to join our transcription project.

Project Details
  • Language: Kashmiri (Perso‑Arabic Nastaliq)
  • Task: Transcribe audio recordings into text using the Nastaliq script with high accuracy
  • Assessment: A short assessment will be completed after initial screening to evaluate transcription skills
Requirements
  • Native Kashmiri speaker (all dialects welcome: Koshur, Kamraz, Maraz)
  • Excellent typing skills in Perso‑Arabic Nastaliq script
  • Prior transcription experience is a significant advantage, but not mandatory

The ideal candidate will have exceptional transcription skills and be able to accurately transcribe complex audio recordings in Kashmiri using the Nastaliq script.
