Healthcare Careers Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Healthcare Careers Consultant to guide students in building their careers in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for education and healthcare.

Job Description:

The role involves guiding leads from initial enquiry to successful admission and EMI closure. This includes conducting structured counselling sessions, explaining program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities, as well as managing CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
  • Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, and EMI schedules.
  • Achieve daily calling targets of 200+ and monthly admission goals.
  • Share reminders and follow-up messages on WhatsApp and email.
  • Build trust by explaining career roadmap earning ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
  • Passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  1. Daily Calls: 200+
  2. WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+
  3. Conversions: 10–15% of leads handled.
  4. EMI Collections: 100% adherence.
  5. Admission Target Achievement: Monthly quota as per team goal.
