Chief Financial Operations Manager

The role is responsible for managing plant finance operations, AP/AR, inventory, GST/TDS, audits, budgeting, and MIS reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Plant Finance Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of plant finances, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, as well as inventory management.
- Fiscal Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement effective fiscal planning and budgeting strategies to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Inventory Management: Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize stock levels and optimize storage capacity.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Proficient in SAP (FICO/MM/SD): Strong knowledge of SAP modules FICO, MM, and SD is essential for this role.
- Cost Control and Financial Planning: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for cost reduction and implement effective financial planning strategies.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
