We are seeking a skilled AI Quality Engineer to join our team.

This position involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our AI-driven medical analysis tools through thorough manual testing, executing comprehensive test plans across web applications, and collaborating with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios.

The successful candidate will conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results, LLM responses, and data processing accuracy across diverse medical datasets. Additionally, they will work directly with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback and ensure our tools meet real-world quality standards.

  • Perform manual testing of AI-driven medical analysis tools to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Execute comprehensive test plans across web applications, focusing on user experience, data accuracy, and workflow validation
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios
  • Conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results, LLM responses, and data processing accuracy
  • Work with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback and ensure our tools meet quality standards
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management
  • Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, TestRail)
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks or scripting for test automation
  • Knowledge of API testing tools and basic understanding of REST endpoints
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and web application architecture
