We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our frontend team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and maintainable UI systems, features, and components. You will work closely with our backend and platform engineers, architects, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of frontend systems, features, and components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintain and audit code quality to ensure adherence to our standards
  • Test and deliver completed tasks to QA
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Implement and support compliance with Freshworks' information security processes

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Backbone, Angular, or Ember
  • Knowledge of MVC architecture and OOP programming style
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
