Job Title: Data Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that support real-time and batch data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust data pipelines and ETL workflows to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and governance.
  • Design and manage scalable data architectures and cloud-based infrastructure to optimize performance of data systems, queries, and storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement data quality monitoring and alerting systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data infrastructure role.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
  • Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or Flink.
  • Familiarity with modern data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
