Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop design solutions for advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, visually appealing creatives that captivate audiences.
  • Design and produce reusable templates and design guidelines, streamlining project delivery and ensuring consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, maintaining a competitive edge.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an ad agency or similar environment, showcasing exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent aesthetic sense, strong conceptual skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in key design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Grasp of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies, as well as video editing and post-production software.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
