Process Excellence Manager

Job Overview:

As a Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring and improving the quality across all our processes. This involves building stronger controls, enhancing the content of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), updating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), conducting walkthroughs for process improvement, and testing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify manual activities, generate new ideas with cost-benefit analysis, and implement these through Information Technology (IT)/Automation Projects.
  • Facilitate generation of new ideas through the team.
  • Implement ideas generated through IT/Automation Projects.
  • Build strong controls and enhance the content of SOPs.
  • Improve the content of SOPs by implementing a strong maker-checker role, strengthening controls, and exception handling.
  • Conduct walkthroughs for process improvement and update RCSAs.
  • Through walkthroughs, identify process gaps and ensure controls are documented and implemented.
  • All improvements and changes to be updated in the RCSA.
  • Conduct BCP tests.
  • Facilitate tests for BCP-enabled processes.
  • Ensure documentation of all BCP tests conducted.
  • Provide timely and accurate RBI reporting and audit responses.
