  • Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements by creating requirement artefacts.
  • Develop User stories, functional specifications, system design specification for client engagements by understanding customer requirements.

Responsibilities include understanding and negotiating needs and expectations of stakeholders, ensuring clarity throughout the project via Requirement Walkthroughs. You'll also coordinate and communicate with the client and internal project team developers, PM, QAs etc on business requirements, manage customer relationships and expectations, and support customers during UAT. Additionally, perform functional testing to ensure requirements are being met.

  • B.E / MCA / Relevant degree
  • Prior working experience with Microsoft technologies
  • Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools
