Medical Coding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Coding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our coding department, you will be responsible for accurately assigning codes to diagnoses and procedures in accordance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in HCC coding and certification from AAPC or AHIMA. Additionally, they should have knowledge of PRA and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Certification Requirements:

  • AAPC / AHIMA mandatory

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in medical coding
  • Strong understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
