Our company seeks an accomplished Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of the Service Center Local product development team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and releasing features such as Technical Manuals, Reprogramming, Diagnostics, Search, syncing local data with Cloud, and meeting stringent DevSecOps guidelines.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled developer who can work on replacing the current Service Tool with a desktop application using Electron framework. The chosen candidate will be expected to refine designs provided by senior developers and contribute to high-quality code.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electron Framework: Proficiency in integrating web technologies with desktop functionalities, familiarity with main and renderer processes, and managing IPC is crucial
  • Backend Development: Experience with Node JS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required
  • UI/UX: Working knowledge of CSS, React, and integration with Electron apps is necessary
  • JavaScript/TypeScript: Proficiency in programming languages is essential
  • Embedded Databases: Experience with SQLite is preferred
  • Automated Testing: Knowledge of Playwright and implementing CI/CD pipelines is desirable
  • Security Principles: Understanding of OAuth Authentication and Authorization best practices is necessary
