Job Title: AI Researcher

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled AI Researcher to join our DS/AI Competency Center. As an AI Researcher, you will be responsible for leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

  • Design and implement end-to-end initiatives that drive business value through strategic planning, data preparation, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of findings to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pre-sales activities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Familiarity with theoretical concepts behind various machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience working with Machine Learning (ML), particularly in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries such as NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs including OpenAI/Gemini.

Prior experience working with big data and distributed environments would be beneficial. Proven commercial experience through multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision would be advantageous.
