Optimize Production and Operations

We're on a mission to drive process improvements, production efficiency, and supply chain management.

As a Manufacturing and Operations Engineer, you'll join our dynamic team to contribute to vendor search and development, supplier negotiations, setup of manufacturing processes, procurement of raw materials, implementation of ERP and project management systems, business operations, inventory management, rapid R&D prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Vendor search and development for efficient supply chain management
  • Negotiating with suppliers to optimize material costs and maintain strong relationships
  • Setting up manufacturing processes at contract manufacturers' locations
  • Procurement of raw materials and semi-finished goods for quality control
  • Implementation of ERP and project management systems for seamless operations
  • Business operations, certifications, pricing, logistics, and risk management
  • Inventory management to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
  • Rapid R&D prototyping to improve agility and speed to market

You'll work closely with experienced professionals, leveraging your expertise in process optimization, supplier negotiations, and lean manufacturing to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.

Requirements include:

  • Able to navigate challenges independently using problem-solving skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration for technical expertise
  • 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup for practical knowledge
