Data Analytics Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled data analytics manager to lead our data analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic data analysis and interpretation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reporting Development: Develop key reports and analytics in response to critical requests. Progress quickly developed reports to a polished, automated, and future-proof state.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide expert guidance on reporting design and development to internal teams. Help design and implement a reporting strategy that includes migrating from Tableau to Power BI.
  • Consultation & Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives. Consult with other reporting and analytics developers within the CFO organization.
  • Technology & Trends: Stay current with the latest reporting and analytics trends and technology. Make recommendations to leadership as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A Master's degree with 5 years of finance or analytics experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of finance or analytics experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Tableau and Power BI development.
  • Expert skill in reporting design and defining meaningful metrics.
  • Advanced business analyst skills, including the ability to grasp and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Development experience with cloud storage and ETL tools like Databricks and Prophecy.
  • A solid understanding of finance concepts, financial statements, and financial data.
  • The ability to manage large and complex datasets.

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with financial systems like Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP S/4 Hana, and Workday.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders outside of the data analytics team.
