Supply Chain Operations Manager

Oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring smooth operations and delivery management for multiple locations. Manage supplier relationships and inventory levels to optimize logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate supplier purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with suppliers.
  • Manage the delivery process, including preparation and maintenance of sales invoices, delivery challans, warranty documentation, and customer acknowledgments.
  • Supervise the stores department and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Prepare regular reports covering supply chain performance, delivery management, and inventory optimization.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, including import and export processes (customs knowledge mandatory).
  • Proficient in software tools, especially Tally.
  • Skilled in MIS report preparation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of audit processes.
  • Familiarity with E-waybill process.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Experience with import and export supply chain processes including customs.
  • Knowledge of Tally software.
  • Ability to prepare MIS reports.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Audit knowledge.
