Job Title

Highly skilled professionals are sought after to lead SAP FICO implementation projects from end-to-end.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SAP FICO solutions with emphasis on Controlling and General Ledger.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders across Finance, MM, SD, PP, and PS to translate requirements into scalable designs.
  • Design and build efficient solutions that meet business needs and ensure solution stabilization post-deployment.
  • Prepare process documentation and deliver training to key users.
  • Provide timely support and accurate resolution of user issues.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: 12+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience in SAP FICO.
  • S/4HANA Expertise: Strong exposure to Greenfield/Brownfield rollouts, data migration, and innovation adoption.
  • Functional Areas: Expertise in FSCM, MBC, Financial Closing Cockpit, Fiori UI, and Embedded Analytics.
  • Methodologies: Proven experience in Agile delivery, with excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance/Management Accounting.
  • SAP BTP Developer or Architect.
  • SAP Group Reporting, Central Finance.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ICMR.
  • TOGAF / RISE / GROW with SAP.
