About the Role

This position involves working with SAP BI/BW to provide technical expertise and support for business solutions. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of database concepts, data modeling, and system administration to deliver end-to-end implementation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop functional and technical specifications for data extraction, reporting, enhancements, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance on SAP BW 7.x data warehousing solutions.
  • Design, develop, configure, migrate, test, and implement data flows, including InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Aggregates, DSO, MultiProviders, InfoSets, Transformations, DTPs, and DataSources.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and provide design thinking approach.
  • Develop process chains to load and monitor data loading.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP BI/BW with a strong understanding of database concepts.
  • At least three full life cycle SAP BW implementation and at least two with BI 7.x.
  • Proficient in designing and developing complex data models using SAP BW.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving data load issues.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BW Administrator Workbench, Info Objects, ODS, Info Cubes, Info Packages, and Info Sources.
