Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain item master data in our ERP system.
- Maintain and update vendor master data, including pricing and other key attributes.
- Record and regularly update transit days for DC-vendor combinations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.
- Support resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with sourcing, planning, and purchase teams.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and publish daily planning reports for operations and supply chain teams.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards covering KPIs (supply chain, vendor performance, inventory, and service levels).
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely availability of MIS to management.
- Automate and simplify reporting formats in Excel/NAV/Power BI for efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from management.

Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage).
- Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in Master Data Management/MIS/Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
