Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Servicenow IT Architect Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust ServiceNow customizations and workflows to automate IT processes and streamline service delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations. Your strong scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and PowerShell will enable seamless integration of the platform with external systems for data exchange.

To ensure data integrity and efficient system performance, you will leverage your knowledge of CMDB design, IT asset management tools, and IT asset lifecycle management best practices.

Your responsibilities will also include providing ongoing maintenance and support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and alignment with evolving business needs.

Technical Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Implementation Specialist, or higher)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
  • In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT service management

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) and IT asset management (ITAM) certifications
  • Familiarity with cloud-based deployments of ServiceNow
