Job Title: Stibo STEP MDM Specialist

About the Role

We seek an experienced professional to build and manage systems for organizing key business data, such as product, customer, and supplier information.

This role requires someone who understands both technical setup and collaboration with clients and team members to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and customize data management solutions using the Stibo STEP platform.
  • Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • Design and build connections between Stibo and other systems (using APIs, ETL tools, or web services).
  • Collaborate with the team to identify the best technical options and guide them in development.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
