Experienced Analog Design Leader

We are seeking an expert to lead the development of complex audio amplifier systems. This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop analog modules with focus on signal chain components, power system design, and high voltage modules.
  • Design high performance Audio ClassD amplifiers.
  • Create accurate signal/sense path designs using sigma Delta converters and high-CMRR/linearity amplifiers.
  • Lead the development of complex analog modules from planning to post-silicon evaluation and debug.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Drive architectural trade-offs based on system level understanding.
  • Mentor junior engineers in the team.
  • Ensure overall design quality by following best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Good fundamental knowledge in analog design and experience in complex blocks.
  • Expertise in one or more domains: high performance signal-chain design, power system/driver designs, audio signal path, and IC design.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of analog circuit design techniques.
  • Must be highly focused and committed to project goals.

Preferred Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in analog development with expertise in signal processing.
