Order to Cash Team Leader

The Order to Cash (OTC) team leader plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of all order-to-cash processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and working closely with other departments to drive process improvements.

Job Summary:

As an OTC team leader, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and monitoring progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in order-to-cash processes or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP or Concur is a plus.
