Drive Digital Transformation as a Business Analyst

As a seasoned Technical Business Analyst, you will embark on a thrilling journey with our global clients to identify their training needs, grasp customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and craft innovative solutions to enhance digital adoption.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions and bring process efficiency to our esteemed clients.
  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our clients leveraging the client Product Ecosystem.
  • Pioneer the development of standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to frequently communicate with North American clients.
  • Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and systems architecture and security.
  • Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis, etc.

Preferred skills include:

  • React js, frontend development, or MERN stack.
  • Engineering and Computer, IT background.
