Expert Plant Maintenance Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Expert Plant Maintenance Specialist to implement, support, and enhance the SAP Plant Maintenance module. This crucial role ensures smooth plant operations, equipment maintenance, and business process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP PM module implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Configure Plant Maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • Manage master data: equipment, functional locations, BOM, task lists, work centers.
  • Develop maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  • Support testing cycles and provide end-user training/documentation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of SAP PM solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of SAP PM experience in implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of PM processes: preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in master data configuration and maintenance planning.
  • Good understanding of integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Desirable qualifications include SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance, public and private cloud implementation experience, and knowledge of Fiori apps for SAP PM.
