Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Director is responsible for leading the organization's quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, experience in auditing and reporting, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems
  • Conduct quality audits and produce reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals
  • Provide training on quality procedures to staff members

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10-15 years' experience in quality management within EMS/electronics
  • Strong knowledge of SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & 8D tools

This leadership position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and manage a high-performing QA/QC team.
