Job Opportunity: System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading FileNet P8 systems.

The ideal candidate will have 8-14 years of experience in FileNet P8 Administration, as well as expertise in BAW and AWS.

  • Maintain and upgrade FileNet P8 systems, ensuring high-quality application software solutions meet business user requirements.
  • Effectively communicate through written and verbal communication skills, contributing to the development of solution designs and strategic deployment roadmaps.
  • Participate in multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong customer-facing skills by building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity/progress reports, adhering to SDLC and Allianz Technology Group Standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex issues and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality is not compromised.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • 8-14 years of professional experience in FileNet P8 Administration.
  • Experience in BAW and AWS is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and understanding of on-premises and cloud enterprise software deployments.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
