Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for timely and accurate closure of the company's books of accounts on a monthly and annual basis. You will also prepare and review Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, providing insights and recommendations for business decision-making.

The role involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with key regulations including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other indirect taxes. Additionally, you will identify areas for process improvements and bring efficiencies in existing financial systems and practices.

You will assist in the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic financial planning. Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of the company's financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA-Finance with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience or completed articleship.
  • Background in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting, exposure to healthcare or startup environments is considered a plus.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and indirect tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights from financial data.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Zoho books), along with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Meticulous approach to managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
