Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned fraud risk analytics expert to lead our team in identifying and mitigating fraud trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fraud landscape, excellent analytical skills, and experience in managing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze fraud trends and implement effective interventions to prevent fraud.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of modus operandi and data-driven approaches to identify areas of improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy controls, monitor impact, and retire ineffective controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure rules are correctly coded in FRM tools and performing as expected.
- Mentor and manage a team of analysts and rule writers to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of work experience in fraud risk management, with at least 8 years in a team lead role managing a team of 20-25 analysts.
- Hands-on experience with FRM tools like Clari5 & Falcon is a must-have.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
