Job Overview

As a key leader in our Fulfillment Centers, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive productivity and efficiency across all areas of the fulfillment center
. Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed
. Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the organization
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs
. Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements:
. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment
. Proven track record of driving productivity and efficiency gains, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders
. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
