UI/UX Design Innovation Lead

We're seeking a seasoned UI/UX designer to spearhead the creation of intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise applications and consumer products. As an AI-Augmented Design Innovator, you'll architect design solutions that make complex business operations feel effortless.

About the Role:

  • Develop interactive experiences that bridge technology and user needs.
  • Craft beautiful and intelligent interfaces that amplify human creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
  • Mentor junior designers and share knowledge on design thinking and AI-augmented workflows.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to understand user needs through research, testing, and data analysis.
