Job Title: SAP Finance Control Consultant

This is a senior role for an experienced professional who has expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Financials. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP FICO (Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting, Controlling) modules as well as experience with FI/CO certifications.

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO project implementation and support.
  • A minimum of 3 years' domain experience in Finance/Costing preferably in Manufacturing Industry is expected.
  • Familiarity with Finance and Costing business models is required.
  • SAP Certification in S/4HANA 1809 or higher versions in FI/CO modules is a must.
  • The consultant will be responsible for facilitating the implementation, conversion, and support of SAP Financials including GL, AP, AR, Bank, Asset Accounting, SAP Controlling, Funds Management, Cash Management, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.
  • Knowledge of FSCM, BPC/Group Reporting/Business Planning, Central Finance would be an added advantage.
  • Strong cross-module integration knowledge, especially controlling functions, is expected.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong consulting approach to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  • Ability to identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements is essential.
  • The consultant must have at least one Greenfield S/4HANA implementation project experience in the role of independent functional FICO consultant.
  • At least one Brownfield S/4HANA conversion/migration project experience in the role of independent functional FICO consultant is required.
  • Fiori Apps deployment skills are mandatory.
  • Willingsness to travel to project locations for short/long-term assignments is necessary.
  • ABAP development skills are a plus.
  • Experience in using SAP Tools like Report Painter, S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW etc is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills are expected.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to interact effectively both internally and externally.
